❌ Cancellation Policy – Shikkis

We understand that sometimes plans change, and you may wish to cancel an order. At Shikkis, we allow order cancellations within 12 hours of placing the order. This ensures your order has not already moved to processing or dispatch.
To cancel an order, please email us at info@shikkis.in with your order ID and reason for cancellation. If your order is eligible, we will confirm the cancellation and initiate a refund.
Unfortunately, once the 12-hour window has passed or if the order has already been shipped, we won’t be able to cancel it. In such cases, you can still initiate a return if it qualifies under our return policy.
Refunds for cancelled orders will be credited back to your original payment method within 7–10 working days. For Cash on Delivery orders, cancellations are only allowed if the item hasn't been dispatched.
Shikkis reserves the right to cancel any order in case of stock issues, technical pricing errors, or suspected fraud. In such rare cases, customers will be notified immediately, and a full refund will be issued.
