Return Policy

Shikkis uses a premium quality material that is unique, fancy, and slightly different designs from each other. Since we give our 100 % to make it more valuable for you, any irregular print, weave, stitch, or tearing should not be acceptable. 

Despite all these things, we always stand with our customers for any exchange or refund policy if you are unsatisfied with the purchase. We clearly say that any return, refund, or cancellation is only acceptable if done from our website (shikkis. in), not even from any third party included. 

To return any product, please check the conditions below to proceed.

  • It should be returned within 48 hrs of the product delivery. 
  • Return is only possible if there is any manufacturing default or if it is subject to approval.
  • Sarees with stitched blouses are not returnable products. 
  • Any customized and personalized product can not be returned.

Cancellation process

For the cancellation of any products, please ensure the procedure is done before the product is shipped. Otherwise, you will not get your refund. Once you are done from your side, you will get the refund within 7-8 working days.


To get the refund, you have to wait at least 7-9 days so that our quality checker team can analyze the fabric and details of the product. If the test is passed, you will get your refund on the credited account you mentioned in the form within the next two days.
